Italiana Picante
Here to stay, not a one time special.
Same idea as the Italian, with heat behind it. It is a permanent part of the lineup, not a special that disappears.

Pastel de Pollo
Made from scratch, crust and all.
Filling and crust, both made from scratch in my kitchen. No preservatives and no nitrates, same as everything else.
Worth knowing: the pot pie has a crust, so it is not gluten free.

About Chad
San Juan del Sur has been home for a little over five years now. From day one this town had me hooked, the community, the people, the culture, all of it. I have always had a soft spot for good food made with real care and attention to detail.
Before I moved to Nicaragua I worked as a registered nurse, and I saw firsthand just how much good nutrition shapes a person's health and wellbeing. That stuck with me. It is why every sausage I make is done by hand, with natural casing and whole fresh ingredients, and absolutely no preservatives or nitrates. Ever.
So when Ka Nuk Comidas came up for sale, I jumped at it faster than a dog hearing the treat jar open. It was the perfect chance to keep doing what I love, making high quality handcrafted food, only this time for the wonderful people of my community.
I pour everything I have got into making the best food my kitchen can turn out, and I truly believe that love shows up in the flavor. My bet is you will taste it too.
